Solidarity Walk for HIV/AIDS sufferers - Cunene

Greetings from the Diocese of Angola.

I am writing to you to update you about things which are happening in this Diocese. On 15 May we travelled from Luanda to Cunene Province just to lead a walk favour of HIV and AIDS infected and affected people.

Cunene Province is the Region most affected with 9%. We walked to solidarize with those who are living with HIV and to invite other churches to be involved in.

But the trip was so difficult because the flight was cancelled and we used a Air Force Plane. We were like prisoner and it reminded me what St. Paul said to Philemon: Paul a prisoner of Christ Jesus. It gave me more power in Christ which I used to lead the walk on 15 May across the town of Ondjiva.
