SCHOOL TWINNING also has government backing.
DFID and the BBC have established a project to get schools in this country twinned with schools in poorer parts of the world. Grants, sources of funds and curriculum materials are available on the BBC web site. This is well worth looking at and sharing with anyone who might be interested.
